At Airport Hotel Premier Sofia, we are inspired by the legacy of Pierre Barillon, a pioneering aviator who, at just 18 years old, designed his first 12-engine monoplane in 1909. His groundbreaking contributions to aircraft design reshaped aviation and paved the way for future innovations. To honor his vision, we named our Bar & Restaurant Barillon 1909.
