As a brand new upscale hotel, we at PREMIER Sofia Airport strive to follow young and ambitious inventors like Pierre Barillon. Being only 18 y.o. in 1909, he had already created his first 12 engine monoplane for short distance flights in France. Barillon has greatly influenced the aircraft industry. His ambitious ideas developed the plain until then aircrafts’ design and made him a pioneer in the field. Being inspired by his innovative ideas that changed the world of aircraft design, we named our Bar & Restaurant after him.
